"You" hereinafter defined as the individual who used the email address indicated in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"your email address" " hereinafter defined as the email address you used as indicated above in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"We" means us, Tom King and King Holdings, LLC®

By subscribing to any of our newsletters or publications (should tey exsist on any of our sites) you agree to all terms in this Agreement and also agree to King Holdings, LLC® Terms & Conditions of Use & Disclaimers, Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy that govern this and all of our sites.

This is a free service until it becomes a paid one.  King Holdings, LLC® reserves the right to stop emailing you and also to delete your email address from our list of subscribers when and if this service will ever require a fee for subscribing.
