Why did Secretary Hegseth give his speech this way?

It took the very biased mainstream media about 10 minutes to go back in history to find a way to compare him and the President with Hitler. "It's just like Hitler, gathering his generals." Wrong. What the Secretary did was make damn sure there could be no excuse for failing to carry out what he was directing. No Commanding General or Command Sergeant Major can ever say "I was not told" or "that's not the way it was presented to me." They were there. This old soldier was heartened to hear the service I proudly served has returned to its core mission: winning any war forced upon us.
Why do it so publicly? So "We The People" can see what he is doing to change the military that serves us. It is called complete transparency. Our biased media can try, and trust me they will, to say he is doing what they think is bad, but now we will have heard it "straight from the horse's mouth," as my mother was fond of saying.
